We will be conducting a last-minute replacement of our power equipment in Gila Bend.
There will be a 15-minute outage between 5:00pm and 5:30pm for all customers in Ajo, Why, Gila Bend, Sentinel.
Tuesday, Dec 27th
While working to increase the capacity of our network, one of us accidentally tripped over a power cable.
The outage lasted 17 minutes, from 3:18pm to 3:35pm.
Saturday, Dec 17th
As we upgrade our network capacity, there will be a brief outage for all customers in Ajo, Why and Sentinel.
We expect no more than 15 minutes of downtime, starting 5PM.
Thursday, Dec 8th
All customers in Ajo, Why and Sentinel experienced an outage from 6:15am to 7:00am.
Speeds were reduced until 8:30am.
The cause was a battery failure at a relay site in Gila Bend.
